Junction Street Capital provides unique programs for owners to reposition impacted properties. We offer property owners the opportunity to select the exit strategy that best meets their short- and long-term needs. Our programs range from limited- to full-liability transfers, joint ventures, profit participation associated with redevelopment, and leasebacks.

Junction Street Capital Property Acquisition Programs

  • Liability Exit Analysis Program (LEAP)
    • Offers the seller a full-liability exit strategy for a single property or portfolio
  • Asset Partnering Program (APP)
    • Enables the seller to participate in a joint-venture structure while exiting property liability
  • Economic Interest Program (EIP)
    • Offers the seller the opportunity to participate in financial gain associated with real estate proceeds
  • Purchase Leaseback Program (PLP)
    • Enables the seller to lease back the property(ies) after the redevelopment process
